Maggie is a tri-color female and was the first purebred Basset added to our pack. She has a very sweet and loving personality and never gets too excited about anything... except cottage cheese! Maggie has plenty of extra skin and beautiful long ears. Maggie is a larger built female weighing around 65 pounds. She and Ottis have been buddies from the start and they always seem to be into something.
Ottis is one of our red and white studs. He is big-boned with lots of extra skin and weighs 65 pounds. Ottis came to our pack from Indiana and with time and patience the rest of his body finally caught up to his ears! He is the first to let me know when it is meal time and it is not uncommon for him to try his hardest to get a second helping. Ottis and Maggie have been together since they were puppies and they have formed an inseparable bond, so much so, that Ottis will pout a little bit when Maggie is separated and caring for her litter of puppies.
Walker is a high percentage European red and white stud weighing 65 pounds. He joined our pack from Stonewall Farms of Missouri. Walker lived the apartment life with me in Kentucky for several months and was featured in the apartment newsletter as the furry resident of the month - he was quite the celebrity, or so he thought. He quickly abandoned the city life to join the rest of the hounds in Ohio. Walker loves attention and is all about play time. The best way to describe him is probably being the pack's "puppy at heart"!
